Refund & Warranty Policy

30 Day Workmanship Warranty

Our products include a 30 day workmanship warranty beginning on the delivery date.

The warranty covers genuine material or workmanship defects during normal use.

It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, extreme temperatures, moisture, chemicals, improper cleaning, customer supplied errors, or minor handmade variations.

Replacements remain covered under the original 30 day warranty period.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final, including personalized, handmade, made to order, and non personalized items.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for buyer's remorse, incorrect size or color selections, spelling mistakes, or other customer ordering errors.

Exceptions may apply for approved cancellations, shipping damage, incorrect items, workmanship defects, or when required by law.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

After 6 hours, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged.

Personalization & Order Details

Please review all names, dates, spelling, photos, colors, sizes, quantities, and design details before placing your order.

We create orders using the information submitted by the customer. Errors in submitted or approved information are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or free replacement.

If we make an error, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Handmade Items

Because our products are handmade, small variations in color, texture, finish, placement, size, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, screens, photography, and material batches.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Photos of the item and packaging may be required. Please keep the item and all packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

If the issue is our responsibility, we will repair or replace the item at no cost. Refunds are provided only when a repair or replacement is not possible.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are generally limited to approved cancellations, orders we cannot fulfill, qualifying damage or defects that cannot be repaired or replaced, or situations required by law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non refundable unless the issue was caused by us or a refund is required by law.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package are non refundable.
