All of our items are made to order with care in Gilbert, Arizona. Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged or if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us right away. We will work with you to resolve the problem—whether that means sending a replacement or finding another suitable solution.
